This is the place where the Grand Bench holds court sessions. It has 112 seats and is equipped with CCTV monitor system for out-of-court witnesses and monitors for the disabled. Its structure signifies traditional Korean-style house structure with gidoong, kyochang, gongpo, and seokarye, which in turn express the traditional Korean beauty. On the back wall of the courtroom, there displayed an art work, called "ten stairs of light" to symbolize hope and bright future.
